JOB DESCRIPTION : PART TIME OR FULL TIME

Position Overview:

A Real Estate Sales Agent is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This role involves guiding clients through property transactions, providing market insights, and ensuring a smooth and successful closing process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist buyers and sellers in the purchase, sale, or rental of properties. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ needs and preferences.

2. Property Showings: Organize and conduct property viewings. Highlight the features and benefits of properties to potential buyers or renters.

3. Market Analysis: Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values. Stay informed about real estate trends, neighborhood developments, and market conditions.

4. Negotiation:Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with clients and other agents. Strive to secure the best deals for clients.

5. Transaction Coordination: Prepare and review documents such as contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements. Coordinate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other stakeholders to facilitate the transaction process.

6. Lead Generation:Prospect for new clients through networking, advertising, and referrals. Maintain and expand a database of prospective clients.

7. Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote properties, including online listings, social media, and open houses.

8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local and national laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

– Open to all: Undergraduate or College Graduate 

– 20 Years Old and Above 

– Willing to learn the process of negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

– Willing to learn the fundamentals with real estate and social media marketing strategies
